Pvp horus

Description

Sorry, but i couldnvt find the right arrifact on him. There one called, that gives him hp/dmg red/hp (factions bonus on shadow). Pve i would put all hp(%). He doesnt need block on anything since block its capped at 80%. And snake give the rest if you want to. He has 60% and warrior tech 15% in end game. And dont know best lane for him. He can do all i believe but one have more outcome.
